Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi
Mei Quan has taught traditional Yang Style Tai Chi since 1992. Our experienced and inspirational instructors teach all elements of the traditional Yang Style syllabus from foundation to advanced technique, including Push Hands and Application. Our programmes also cover the culture, history and philosophy of Tai Chi.
